Help families strengthen their homes against severe weather by verifying and documenting construction practices that meet the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) FORTIFIED™ standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits and evaluations for FORTIFIED™ designation.
- Documenting construction details with photos and reports.
- Working with contractors, roofers, and homeowners to ensure compliance.
- Submitting evaluations through IBHS systems.
- Educating clients about the benefits of FORTIFIED™ designation.
Provide homeowners and buyers with trusted, unbiased evaluations of a property’s condition. Must be licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and/or Florida to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed residential inspections.
- Identifying potential safety issues and maintenance needs.
- Preparing and delivering clear, accurate inspection reports.
- Communicating findings to clients in a professional and approachable way.
- Staying current with state licensing requirements and industry best practices.
Support homeowners in improving comfort, lowering bills, and meeting energy codes.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing energy audits following ENERGY STAR® guidelines.
- Completing load calculations and system checks using Manual J, S, and D.
- Using REScheck to confirm compliance with building energy codes.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency upgrades.
- Preparing clear reports and educating clients on energy-saving options.
As the face of Knockout in the community, our sales team members help us grow and serve more homeowners.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with real estate agents, contractors, HOAs, and community partners.
- Educating clients on the value of Knockout’s services.
- Following up on leads and converting inquiries into scheduled inspections.
- Representing Knockout at industry events, trainings, and networking opportunities.
- Meeting sales goals and contributing to team growth.
- Cold calling brokerage offices, REALTORS, and other real estate professionals to set up appointments as needed.
Be the backbone of the team, keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring clients get the excellent service they deserve.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries.
- Scheduling inspections and evaluations.
- Supporting the inspector and evaluator teams with paperwork and reporting.
- Maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Calling homeowners, REALTORS, and roofers to educate and inform as needed.
Keep Knockout’s technology systems running at peak efficiency and help us leverage AI tools to serve clients better.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining hardware, software, and cloud systems.
- Ensuring cybersecurity and data protection practices are in place.
- Troubleshooting IT issues to keep the team operating smoothly.
- Implementing and optimizing AI tools to improve workflows and customer service.
- Training team members on technology best practices.
- Researching new tools and systems to support growth and efficiency.
