These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Knockout Home Inspections LLC (“Knockout Inspections,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including goforko.com (the “Site”), and your use of our inspection, evaluation, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, scheduling an appointment, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Our Services
Knockout Inspections provides professional home inspections, FORTIFIED evaluations, energy testing, and related property services in the states where we are licensed to operate. Descriptions of Services on the Site are for general informational purposes only. The scope, terms, and conditions of any specific inspection or evaluation are governed by the written inspection agreement provided to you at or before the time of service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed inspection agreement, the inspection agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
2. Scheduling, Communications & Customer Accounts
When you schedule an appointment or request information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact information, and the address of the property to be serviced. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding the Services you have requested, as described in Section 3 and in our Privacy Policy.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (Mobile Messaging Program)
Knockout Inspections offers a customer care text messaging program to keep you informed about the Services you have requested. This section, together with our Privacy Policy, governs that program.
3.1 Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number to Knockout Inspections — whether online, over the phone, or in person — and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive customer care and service-related text messages from Knockout Inspections at the number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notifications, inspection and evaluation status updates, report delivery notifications, service reminders, and responses to your customer service inquiries. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
3.2 Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Knockout Inspections. If you prefer not to receive text messages, we will communicate with you by phone or email instead.
3.3 Message Frequency, Rates & Charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees your wireless carrier may charge for text messages. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
3.4 Opting Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may re-enroll at any time by providing your consent again. You may also opt out by contacting us at (855) 463-6756.

3.6 Privacy & Your Mobile Information
Your mobile phone number and text messaging opt-in data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.
3.7 Carrier Disclaimer & Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability, and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your mobile phone number so that we do not send messages to a number that no longer belongs to you.
4. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site through automated means without our written permission; or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — are the property of Knockout Home Inspections LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Knockout Inspections” and associated logos are trademarks of Knockout Home Inspections LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6. Inspection Reports
Inspection and evaluation reports are prepared solely for the client named in the applicable inspection agreement and for that client’s use in connection with the inspected property. Reports may not be relied upon by, transferred to, or distributed to third parties without our written consent, except as provided in the applicable inspection agreement or as required by law or by a program in which you participate (for example, FORTIFIED designation programs).
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in this section limits any warranties or obligations expressly stated in a signed inspection agreement or that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knockout Home Inspections LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability relating to the performance of inspection or evaluation Services is governed by the applicable signed inspection agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knockout Home Inspections LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site that is not governed by a signed inspection agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
